SS 304 (UNS S30400) has ~18% chromium and ~8% nickel, so it resists rust far better — use it for anything outdoors (gates, balcony railing, facades), near water, or in kitchens. SS 202 (UNS S20200) is a chromium-manganese grade with less nickel and a noticeably lower price — right for indoor railings, furniture frames and budget fabrication that stays dry. Quick rule from our counter: outdoors or wet = 304, indoors and dry = 202 is usually enough. Tell us the application on WhatsApp and we will recommend honestly, including when the cheaper grade will do.

No rigid minimum order quantity. Wholesale rates apply on bulk, but fabricators regularly pick up a single 20 ft pipe, a few sheets, or a mixed lot of pipe plus railing accessories in one bill. Retail buyers are welcome at the shop — same counter, same honest gauge. If the order is large, mention the full list in one WhatsApp message so freight and rate can be quoted for the combined lot.

Yes — delivery across Delhi NCR for in-stock material, and pan-India dispatch by transport on request. Freight and loading charges are told upfront in the quote, not added at billing. Exact timeline depends on your location and order size, and is confirmed with your quote on WhatsApp before you commit. Pickup from the Pitampura shop is always available in shop hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 8 PM).

Check it yourself — we encourage buyers to measure with a gauge meter or vernier at pickup or delivery. What we bill is what you get: 14g means 2.03 mm, 16g means 1.63 mm, 18g means 1.22 mm, 20g means 0.91 mm wall thickness. Under-gauging (billing 16g but supplying 18g) is the most common trick in the steel market — open measurement at the counter is how we prove we do not do it.

Stainless steel is priced by weight, and its largest cost input is nickel — a metal traded daily on global commodity exchanges. When nickel moves, mill rates move, and shop rates follow within days. A website showing a fixed SS price is showing a stale one. That is why we quote fresh on WhatsApp with a stated validity window (for example, "rate valid today") instead of publishing numbers that would mislead you by the weekend.

Yes — pipe cutting and sheet shearing to your sizes is available. Standard stock lengths are 20 ft (6.1 m) for pipes and 4×8 ft or 4×10 ft for sheets; anything smaller can be cut against your list. Share the cutting list on WhatsApp along with the enquiry so the quote covers material plus cutting in one number.
